Non-Returnable Supplement & Food Safety Policy

Due to food safety regulations, health protection standards, and the sensitive nature of dietary supplements and consumable products, all supplement and food-related products sold through our store are considered non-returnable once shipped.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Sports nutrition products
Protein powders and drink mixes
Consumable or ingestible products
Opened or used items
Products with broken safety seals or damaged packaging
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards

For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot restock or resell products that have left our controlled storage and distribution environment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products:

We will provide a replacement product at no additional cost, including all replacement shipping costs; or
We may issue store credit or a full or partial refund, at our discretion.

Customers are never responsible for return shipping or replacement shipping costs for approved warranty or defective product claims.

No product return is required unless specifically requested by our customer support team.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and falls under this Non-Returnable Policy.
